The experience was outstanding from the very start when Ray called me with an availability within a week due to a cancellation, to the nurse (whose name I regretfully don't remember), to Dr. Loria; everyone was so nice, professional and punctual (a rarity these days!). My condition had become simply intolerable and Dr. Loria diagnosed it perfectly which did not require any procedure but simply a topical medication. By following his directions it cleared up exactly in the timeframe he said it would. My only regret is that I waited so long to see Dr. Loria. Many, many thanks!
